Official Design & Custom Alterations
Whether you need a gown built from scratch or your favorite piece tailored to perfection, The Bare Official provides expert construction with a focus on silhouette and fit.

1. Custom Design Commissions
• For: Gala gowns, birthday looks, and one-of-a-kind sets.
• Includes a design consultation, fabric sourcing, and a multi-stage fitting process.
• Pricing: Starting at $110.00. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
2. Expert Alterations
• For: Hems, bodice adjustments, zipper replacements, and resizing.
• Bring your off-the-rack garments to the studio to get that 'Bare Official' fit.
• Pricing: Minor repairs start at $15.00. Formal wear and bridal alterations are quoted upon inspection.
• Turnaround: Standard alterations take 3–7 business days.
How to Book:
1. Submit an Inquiry: Tap the 'Contact Us' button or message us via WhatsApp with a photo of the garment/design and your deadline.
2. Book a Fitting: Visit our Nassau studio during business hours (10:30 AM – 6:00 PM) for measurements and pinning.
3. Pick-Up: You will receive a notification when your garment is ready. Balance must be cleared via Cash or Bank Transfer at pick-up.
Note: We do not offer 'Wait-and-Wear' services for complex jobs.
All garments must be clean and free of perfumes/oils before being brought into the studio.
Policies & Procedures
• Cancellations: If your event is canceled, you remain responsible for the full payment of orders by the agreed-upon date. If you cancel your order after production has begun, all payments made to date are forfeited.
• Fittings: Two fittings are required for each custom garment. Missing or rescheduling appointments will result in production delays. If a reschedule is necessary but you still require the original completion date, a rush fee of $50 – $150 will be applied to your final balance.
• RTW (Ready-to-Wear) Refunds: Goods must be returned within 2 days in their original, purchased condition. All items will undergo inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. If your specific size is out of stock, we will offer an exchange for an item of equal value.
• Custom Garment Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of custom garments made specifically to your measurements, no refunds will be issued.
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place in the production schedule and cover initial materials. A 50% deposit is required before production begins. Orders totaling less than $150.00 must be paid in full upfront.
• Storage: Completed items will be held for a maximum of 1 week following the notice of completion. After 1 week, a storage fee of $5.00 per day will be added to your balance. After 2 weeks, items become the property of The Bare Official and will be sold.
• Materials: Fabric and supplies are generally provided by the customer. If you prefer the designer to source materials, a $50.00 sourcing fee will be added to your bill. Please note that while we strive for accuracy, an exact fabric match cannot always be guaranteed; the closest available match will be provided. Colors may also vary slightly from digital depictions or photos.
