Shipping & Delivery Policy

Production vs. Transit Time: Please note that Production Time (the time taken to create your custom garment) is separate from Transit Time (the time the carrier takes to deliver it). Your estimated completion date refers to when the garment is finished, not when it arrives at your door.

Shipping Methods: All international orders are shipped via [DHL/FedEx/UPS]. Standard and Express options are available at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text containing your tracking number. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the tracking status.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the item is dispatched.

Delivery Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the client. Any costs for re-shipping or address correction will be billed to the client.

Liability & Risk of Loss: The Bare Official is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We highly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance for high-value custom orders.

International Orders (Duties & Taxes): For international shipping, the client is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. We cannot predict these costs, and they are not included in your invoice.

Delayed Shipments: While we strive to meet every deadline, The Bare Official is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Responsibility: All shipping, freight, and courier costs are the sole responsibility of the client. These fees must be settled in full before the garment is dispatched.

Family Island Shipping (Outer Islands): We offer shipping to the Family Islands via [Mailboat,or Bahamasair].

Departure Schedule: Items are dispatched based on the carrier's schedule. The Bare Official is not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier maintenance.

Collection: It is the client’s responsibility to collect the item from the designated dock or airport terminal.

Nassau Vehicle Delivery: For clients within Nassau, we offer a vehicle delivery service for a flat fee of $[$10.00].

Meeting Points: Deliveries are made to a mutually agreed-upon public location or a specific residential/business address.

Wait Time: The driver will wait for a maximum of 3 minutes. If the client is unavailable, the item will be returned to the studio and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Quality Assurance & Photo Confirmation: Before any item is dispatched for shipping or delivery, The Bare Official will send the client a high-resolution photo of the finished garment. This serves as official confirmation that the item is in perfect, "as-purchased" condition and matches the agreed-upon design.

Liability: Once a photo confirmation is sent and the item is handed over to the carrier (or delivery driver), The Bare Official is no longer liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during transit.
